The Congru Pilot Program is offered as an introductory package. Participation is subject to additional agreements provided during onboarding. We reserve the right to limit enrollment in the Pilot Program.
In no event shall Congru, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
